Description

Articulated steel handcuffsESPHM-03, hinged model (maximum angle opening 180°) & double lock. Extremely resistant, hypoallergenic, the HM-03 model reduces the ability to move the hands, the locks are oriented outwards – access is out of reach of the suspect's fingers.

The double lock (once the handcuffs are closed) can be locked by pressing the tip of the key on the side pin - to prevent the handcuffs from tightening on the wrists. Supplied with a pair of keys
