Description
DPM MRS recoil reduction system for 1911 5″ Bushing Barrel – for 1911 pistol with 5″ bushing barrel (10mm auto & 460 Rowland calibers) – replaces the guide rod assembly & the original recoil spring for optimal recoil reduction , by gradually absorbing the energy of the initial shot and slowing the slide before its impact with the frame of the gun.
6 external springs (2 sets of 3 springs in 1.10mm & 1.15mm diameter), 2 spacers & 1 set of integrated springs – one main spring to replace the original recoil spring, the second spring to cushion the stroke of the cylinder head and the third spring positioned inside the guide rod, for a final damping phase (the internal guide rod finishes its stroke on this spring).
