How long will it take to receive my package?

Each product has its average delivery time indicated, its origin (from which country it is shipped) - for example, a package from Belarus indicates an average delivery time of 25 to 30 days -, if it is subject to a particular license or authorization, or if it is custom-made. Shipments are made, depending on the country of departure, either by the official postal service or by a recognized carrier (DHL or UPS), depending on the size of the package and the best available rate. Bulky or sensitive products are shipped with an approved carrier.

Why do I have to pay a tax or customs fee?

Depending on the country you live in (and almost every country in the world), importing a product results in a customs tax. In Europe (in the Schengen area) it is represented by VAT (the VAT rate differs in each country in the area), and its payment is due by the carrier (which represents customs) or the customs service itself. Products shipped (for France and the UK) to an overseas department or territory are subject to special taxation. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this, and we are bound by the law. The official services are also bound by the obligation to pay customs taxes.

I bought a product subject to a BIS711 export declaration, what should I do?

The BIS711 is a reporting form issued by the United States Bureau of Industry and Security – used for dual-use or military products not listed on the ITAR product list. It must be completed, signed and sent to their service in order to authorize the export of the product from the USA to the country of destination. This form is declarative for the countries of the Schengen area, and it excludes exports to countries under embargo or under a sanction regime.

We write and submit the form to you (for signature), ready to be sent. Once you have sent it back to us by e-mail, duly signed, we send it electronically to the department in charge of registering it and issuing the export authorization.

After registration, a file number is sent to you and you can follow the progress of your authorization yourself (on the internet). Once the license has been received, the ordered product is shipped.

I bought a product subject to an import or export license (Weapons, Ammunition, or Specific Products); what should I do?

After your order, a case manager will contact you and explain each of the steps necessary to obtain your license (depending on whether you are an individual, an administration or an NGO).

He will then prepare your file and send it to you, ready to forward it to the necessary authorities.

Once the license is obtained, the product will be delivered, and your file manager will continue to assist you with the customs clearance process.

Depending on the country of origin and destination, obtaining a license can take up to 8 months (around 5 months for France). After your order, a case manager will contact you and explain each step to you. necessary to obtain your license (depending on whether you are an individual, an administration or an NGO).
