PVS 14 NVM night vision monocular with its Gen2+ S25 tube (green phosphorus), for an average FOM of 800 to 1100 (S/N – dB: 21 x Resolution – central & peripheral: 45-57l/mm) – helmet mounted or handheld – works with a single battery Lithium (CR123) or 2 AA (1,5V).
Automatic Brightness Control (ABC) – maintains image definition and clarity in changing environments – its built-in infrared illuminator provides an additional illumination source (allows user to operate in complete darkness – automatic from 0.05 Lux).
Automatic cut-off function (when exposed to bright light, above 40 Lux) & LED indicator in the eyepiece (low battery), battery life up to 80 hours – 40h with IR active – estimated average life (by the manufacturer) of 10000 hours.
