Terms of Delivery
⚠️ APPLICATION OF CONDITIONS: These delivery conditions apply exclusively to private customers (B2C) placing their orders directly on our online store. For all professional orders, gun shops, government agencies or institutions (B2B), please contact us directly to the email address [email protected] in order to agree on a logistics protocol, wholesale rates and a customized transport contract.
SECTION 1 – LEGAL FRAMEWORK (EU ZONE vs INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS)
For individual customers residing within the European Union / Schengen Area (B2C sales): In accordance with European consumer law regulations, AresMaxima assumes logistical responsibility and the risk of loss or damage to goods until the package is physically delivered to the address provided in your order. In the event of confirmed damage during European transit, our company will handle the necessary procedures with the carrier.
For international retail customers (outside the European Union – B2C sales): All transactions are concluded and executed according to the principle of risk transfer at the point of origin. (Ex Works / FOB Sale – Free On Board)This explicitly means that the transfer of ownership and responsibility for the goods takes place upon physical delivery of the package by our services or our partner factories into the hands of the international logistics carrier.
Within this international context, AresMaxima accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, misappropriation, postal strikes, or damage occurring during transit. It is the sole responsibility of individual buyers outside the EU to purchase optional shipping insurance or to file any legal claims directly with the carrier upon delivery of the package.
SECTION 2 – ORIGIN OF SHIPMENTS, AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES AND LICENSE COMPLIANCE
To guarantee the authenticity and traceability of our tactical equipment, our products are shipped from several strategic logistics zones depending on the brand and applicable regulations (Direct Israel / USA for leading brands such as FAB Defense, IMI Defense, Meprolight, Masada Armor, CAA USA, etc., or from our distribution warehouses located in Europe).
Average delivery times observed by geographical area:
- EUROPE (European Union & Schengen Area): From 03 to 15 working days, depending on the initial shipping point and stock location.
- USA and North America: From 03 to 15 working days.
- South America and Africa: From 10 to 35 working days.
- Middle East : From 10 to 35 working days.
- Asia: From 10 to 50 working days.
- Oceania: From 10 to 50 working days.
Conditions for the validity of deadlines: These indicative timeframes apply exclusively to the Products free from licensing or prior authorization (materials and equipment not subject to ITAR restrictions) or to specific state export controls). For any product subject to obtaining a regulatory export license or permit, the delivery period only begins to run from the final validation and issuance of the administrative title by the competent ministerial or customs authorities.
SECTION 3 – UNDERSTANDING AND ACTIVE LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Technical assistance and support are fully included with your equipment purchase from AresMaxima. While the legal transfer of risk outside the EU is governed by Section 1 of these terms and conditions, our dedicated logistics team provides end-to-end support.
In the event of a technical blockage, a request for additional information from the carrier, or the need for clarification with cross-border authorities, AresMaxima is committed to actively intervening and communicating directly with the carrier or customs authority concerned. in order to assist the customer, facilitate the process and expedite the release and delivery of your package.
SECTION 4 – CUSTOMS FORMALITIES, TAXES AND VAT ON IMPORTS
For all international and cross-border shipments outside the original shipping zone, All customs duties, local taxes, port taxes, import VAT and customs clearance processing fees remain the sole, final and full responsibility of the buyer.
Apart from the active assistance commitments described in Section 3, AresMaxima shall in no case be held liable or sought for compensation for any administrative delay related to thorough security checks, seizure, confiscation or destruction of packages ordered by the customs authorities of the country of destination in the event of non-compliance of the buyer's statutes with its local legislation.
SECTION 5 – TRACKING AND TRACEABILITY
A unique tracking number is automatically generated and sent as soon as the package is shipped.
