SECTION 1 – SECURITY COMMITMENT AND LOGISTICS COMPLIANCE
AresMaxima operates in strict compliance with national laws and international treaties governing the trade, distribution, and transfer of security equipment, precision optics, and ballistic protection devices. By accessing our services, you certify on your honor that you are of full legal capacity and in complete compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
SECTION 2 – LICENSED EQUIPMENT (ITAR / EAR / EU MILITARY LIST)
Some equipment featured in our online store (including critical weapon components, specialized optronic targeting technologies, and rigid ballistic protection) may be subject to export control and defense technology transfer restrictions. Our operations strictly adhere to U.S. regulations. ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), EAR (Export Administration Regulations), as well as on the checklists of the European Union Common Military List (EU Common List of Military Equipment).
No shipment subject to a state export license or transfer certificate will be made without prior validation and obtaining of the required supporting documents.
SECTION 3 – POST-ORDER VERIFICATION PROTOCOL AND EXCLUSION LIMITS
Our manual processing protocol does not require any immediate financial debit upon validation of your shopping cart. Within 5 hours of your order, our compliance team analyzes the validity of the identity and delivery address (deliveries to temporary addresses or anonymous forwarding companies are strictly prohibited).
Regarding the requirement and verification of administrative documents:
- The possession and prior transmission of permits, shooting licenses, registrations or administrative authorizations required by the legislation of your State or Province to possess regulated materials remains mandatory for firearms, frames, and essential safety components.
- Exclusion of clause and transfer of liability: This obligation of prior verification by our services does not apply to chargers, sound suppressors (silencers), gas masks, filters for gas masks, thermal optics, infrared (IR) optics and laser systems. The acquisition, possession, cross-border transport, and use of these specific product categories are the sole, exclusive, and final responsibility of the buyer. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to ensure that their order complies with the laws of their country of destination.
AresMaxima reserves the unilateral right to immediately cancel any transaction and block access to services for any user in case of suspected false declaration, falsification of documents or attempt to circumvent export restrictions, without any right to compensation.
SECTION 4 – EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION
All of our compliance control operations are placed under the exclusive authority of the Laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, regardless of the location of access to the website or the final delivery point.
