Masada NIJ4 SAPI Stand Alone Ballistic Plate – B4C (boron carbide) – NIJ4 protection level (0101.06) – 7,62×63 M2 AP – autonomous (stand-alone) and capable of absorbing several impacts (multi hits), SAPI (Small Arms Protective Inserts) shooters cut to ensure optimal mobility & “single-curve” to fit the shape of the body – average deformation on impact of 19 to 21mm, for a shot at 15m (with 7,62×63 ammunition). Designed to allow the use of a long weapon.
Size 250 x 300 mm (NATO standard) for a thickness of 24mm and an average weight of 2,3 kg. Back of the plate with coating “Anti Back Face Signature" coating.” for optimal energy absorption on impact. Ballistic material sealed in a cover to ensure watertightness (water and liquid projection), perimeter protected from shocks by a layer of foam. Marking on the back of the plate: serial number, date of manufacture & level of protection. Ballistic surface guaranteed for 05 years
