MFR56 Ultra Light machine gun (machine gun) in caliber 5,56x45mm – designed for the benefit of infantry units, two modes of supply – conventional & strip magazines. 14,5″ cold-forged barrel, chrome plated inner coating – stability of ballistic capacities and optimal lifespan – “Quick Change Barrel” system for quick barrel change and maintained operational capacity.
Semi-automatic & automatic mode, short-stroke piston operation – ensures good firing efficiency in all environments – tested and validated according to the NATO standardized process (high and low temperature/impact safety/traction/chamber and barrel pressure/ internal operating temperature).
Steel and aluminum construction – coating of the whole (handguard, mobile assembly, receiver, cover & trigger) anodized type III class 2 with manganese phosphate – optimal resistance to corrosion and dust splashes.
Served by one to two personnel – belt feed (M27) or magazines (AR15/M4)
