Marathon Arctic OSAR-D Automatic (41mm) – Original SAR w/ Date – Originally designed for Search and Rescue (SAR) technicians, this edition Arctic It stands out with its white dial offering absolute contrast. Made in La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland) according to ISO 6425 standards, it features a 316L surgical steel case, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with cyclops lens, and guarantees water resistance to 300 meters (1000 feet).

Built on the foundations of its illustrious predecessor, the new OSAR-D Arctic It features a pure white dial specifically developed to prevent transient glare (“whiteout”) during operation in snowy or bright sunlight. It is powered by a precision Swiss automatic movement. Sellita SW200-1 (26 jewels, 28,800 bph), secured by a shock absorber Incabloc®.

The contrast is enhanced by the use of exclusive technology MaraGlo™This advanced luminescent coating, generously applied to the black-edged hands and large geometric indices, provides an intense and prolonged night glow, perfectly legible against the light background.

Designed to withstand the most inhospitable terrain, it features a knurled screw-down crown for easy gripping even with gloves, and a unidirectional rotating bezel with 60-minute increments. Supplied with a 3-piece rubber strap kit, ideal for fitting over a wetsuit or bulky winter gear.
